Manchester, NH – March 5, 2026 – York IE, an investment and operating firm that builds and backs software companies, today announced the appointment of John Bisack, founder of Performance Improvement Partners, to its Strategic Advisory Board.

“John has lived the work of value creation,” said Kyle York, CEO of York IE. “He understands what it takes to build an enterprise-grade services organization, earn the trust of private equity firms, and deliver results at scale. His perspective is incredibly relevant as we continue to expand York IE’s operating platform.”

Bisack brings hands-on experience building, scaling, and leading a technology services firm that has partnered with more than 250 private equity firms and their portfolio companies. As Founder of Performance Improvement Partners, Bisack has spent over two decades helping enterprises and PE-backed companies drive technology-enabled value creation, operational efficiency, and performance improvement. All focused on increasing enterprise value.

Bisack’s background spans entrepreneurship, technology consulting, software development, SaaS, and managed services. His deep relationships across the private equity ecosystem, combined with practical operating experience, make him a valuable advisor as York IE continues to evolve its enterprise-grade operating model and expand its reach across the private markets.

“Value creation today requires more than frameworks and slide decks,” said Bisack. “York IE has built a platform that blends strategy with execution in a way that is practical, repeatable, and scalable. As an investor and strategic advisor in York, I’m excited to support the team as they continue to raise the bar.”

Bisack joins Strategic Advisory Board members Chuck Saia and Bob Graham, further expanding the board’s depth in enterprise execution, technology-enabled value creation, and private equity operating experience.
