Manchester, NH – February 19, 2026 – York IE, an investment and operating firm that builds and backs software companies, today announced the appointment of Chuck Saia, formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Advisory, to its newly formed Strategic Advisory Board. This initiative marks a significant milestone in York’s evolution and maturation as a family of funds and operating platform that drives value creation for the private technology market.

“Chuck’s experience guiding organizations through scale, complexity, and transformation is exactly what York IE needs at this stage of our evolution,” said Kyle York, CEO of York IE. “He has operated at the highest levels of global enterprise, and his perspective will help us continue to mature our operating platform while staying true to our mission of delivering real, hands-on value creation.”

As the Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Advisory, Saia led the world’s leading global Risk and Financial Advisory practice ($3.1B revenue in FY19), comprising more than 12,500 professionals and more than 900 partners. Prior to his role as CEO, Saia was Deloitte’s Chief Risk, Reputation and Regulatory Affairs Officer for the firm. In both capacities, Saia was a member of Deloitte’s Executive Committee.

Today, Saia is the co-Founder and Managing Member of Next Chapter Ventures, a group of over 40 seasoned executives that invest in early stage start-ups and their Founders.  Chuck serves on multiple boards and mentors Fortune 50 executives and growth-stage founders by bringing a deep global network built over decades of enterprise leadership. Chuck is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Quinnipiac University and he is co-Founder of the YOU GOT THIS, KID!  Leadership Foundation which is dedicated to elevating the next generation of leaders while helping those with auto-immune disease. Chuck is an MBA and CPA.

“I have long admired Kyle and the team at York. I have enjoyed watching their incredible growth over the past several years and their commitment to providing value to their investors, clients and stakeholders,” said Saia. ”I believe York IE has a unique approach to investing and its operating platform brings world-class value creation down market to private companies in a modern, scalable, subscription and tech-enabled way. It’s exciting to be part of something so disruptive, and I believe this advisory board can help York IE seize the massive opportunity that lies ahead.”

The advisory board convenes quarterly, providing strategic guidance and industry insights and leveraging their vast networks to support York IE’s growing platform and its portfolio companies. Their involvement will help strengthen York IE’s position as the go-to firm for companies seeking a long-term partner that delivers expertise and execution via its operating platform for R&D, GTM and G&A.

Saia’s appointment marks the first of several strategic advisor additions York IE plans to announce as the firm continues to strengthen its operating platform and prepare for its next phase of growth. He will Chair the Advisory Board.

I’m 66 and my adult son sent me a text last Sunday that just said “thinking of you, hope your weekend is nice” — and I read it four times trying to understand why it had landed so hard — and I finally realized it was because he wasn’t asking me for anything, he was just reaching, and I’d apparently reached a point in my life where being reached for without purpose felt like receiving a gift in a language I’d forgotten I spoke
