The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 3/21/26 featuring funding details for Paraform, Condor Software, Ironlight, and twenty-six other deals representing $2.5B in new funding that you need to know about.

Mojo Vision – $17.5M

Saratoga-based Mojo Vision develops micro-LED display technology for augmented reality and other display applications. Founded by Michael Wiemer in 2015, Mojo Vision has now raised a total of $362.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Future Ventures.

Trayd – $10.0M

New York-based Trayd provides back-office software for construction companies focused on HR, payroll, and compliance. Founded by Anna Berger and Cara Kessler in 2021, Trayd has now raised a total of $17.0M in equity funding and is backed by RXR Realty, Suffolk Technologies, White Star Capital, and Y Combinator.

BlueFlag Security – $16.5M

Sunnyvale-based BlueFlag Security provides penetration testing, application security, and risk assessment services. Founded by Ken Schneider and Raj Mallempati in 2022, BlueFlag Security has now raised a total of $28.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Maverick Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures.

NoTraffic – $90.0M

Palo Alto-based NoTraffic provides AI-powered traffic management software for municipalities and transportation agencies. Founded by Or Sela, Tal Kreisler, and Uriel Katz in 2017, NoTraffic has now raised a total of $165.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Grove Ventures, LifeX Ventures, Meitav Investment House, M&G Investments, Next Gear Ventures, and PSG Equity.

Steno – $49.0M

Los Angeles-based Steno provides litigation support services including court reporting, remote depositions, and transcript management. Founded by Dan Anderson, Dylan Ruga, and Greg Hong in 2018, Steno has now raised a total of $165.5M in total equity funding and is backed by First Round Capital, Savano Capital Partners, and The LegalTech Fund.

Lucid Bots – $20.0M

Charlotte-based Lucid Bots develops autonomous robots for industrial cleaning and exterior maintenance. Founded by Adrian Mayans, Andrew Ashur, and David Danielson in 2018, Lucid Bots has now raised a total of $36.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Cubit Capital, Front Porch Venture Partners, IDEA Fund Partners, Taylor Rhodes, and WaterStone Impact Fund.

Xona – $170.0M

Burlingame-based Xona develops satellite-based positioning, navigation, and timing services. Founded by Adrien Perkins, Brian Manning, Bryan Chan, Jerami Martin, Kazuma Gunning, Paul Tarantino, and Tyler Reid in 2019, Xona has now raised a total of $300.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Craft Ventures, Hexagon, ICONIQ Capital, Mohari Ventures Natural Capital, NGP Capital, Samsung NEXT, and Woven Capital.

Blossom Health – $20.0M

New York-based Blossom Health provides telehealth psychiatry services. Founded by John Zhao in 2024, Blossom Health has now raised a total of $20.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Correlation Ventures, Headline, Operator Partners, TA Ventures, and Village Global.

Sift – $42.0M

El Segundo-based Sift provides observability and monitoring tools for machine learning systems. Founded by Austin Spiegel and Karthik Gollapudi in 2021, Sift has now raised a total of $67.0M in total equity funding and is backed by CIV, Fika Ventures, Google Ventures, Riot Ventures, and StepStone Group.

Ateios – $7.3M

Newberry-based Ateios develops materials and manufacturing technology for thin, flexible batteries. Founded by Carlos J. Munoz and Rajan Kumar in 2018, Ateios has now raised a total of $8.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Carat Venture Partners, E8 Angels, Elevate Ventures, Good Growth Capital, JHH vc, Keshif Ventures, Lateral Capital Management, Stonecast Ventures, Techstars, TitletownTech, VisionTech Partners, and ZAKA VC.

Cents – $140.0M

New York-based Cents provides business management software for laundromats. Founded by Alexander Jekowsky and Gilli Cherrin in 2019, Cents has now raised a total of $214.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Camber Creek and Sumeru Equity Partners.

Performance Drone Works – $110.0M

Huntsville-based Performance Drone Works develops autonomous unmanned aerial systems for defense and industrial use. Founded by Patrick Laney, Ryan Gury, and Trevor Smith in 2019, Performance Drone Works has now raised a total of $154.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Booz Allen Hamilton, Cedar Pine, Hanwha Asset Management, Hood River Capital Management, and Ondas Networks.

Adonis – $40.0M

New York-based Adonis provides revenue cycle management software for healthcare organizations. Founded by Akash Magoon and Aman Magoon in 2022, Adonis has now raised a total of $93.9M in total equity funding and is backed by Bling Capital, General Catalyst, and Quadrille Capital.

Thesis Care – $45.0M

New York-based Thesis Care provides AI-enabled healthcare services and care management. Founded by Aditya Pandyaram and Niren Gandra in 2024, Thesis Care has now raised a total of $60.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Black Opal Ventures, CRV, and Oak HC/FT.

Scalvy – $13.9M

Austin-based Scalvy develops modular power electronics for data centers, energy storage, and electric vehicles. Founded by Amr Ibrahem and Mohamed Badawy in 2022, Scalvy has now raised a total of $16.9M in total equity funding and is backed by Azolla Ventures, Climate Capital, Silicon Badia, and SkyRiver Ventures.

Lace – $40.0M

Mountain View-based Lace provides AI-powered revenue intelligence software for call centers in the trades. Founded by Boris Valkov and Stanislav Stoyanov in 2022, Lace has now raised a total of $59.1M in total equity funding and is backed by Atomico, Linse Capital, M12 – Microsoft’s Venture Fund, Nysn√∏, and SETT.

Founded by Beau Norgeot, Justin Norden, Kedar Mate, Nirav Shah, and Shantanu Phatakwala in 2023, Qualified Health has now raised a total of $155.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Anthology Fund, Cathay Innovation, Flare Capital Partners, Frist Cressey Ventures, GreatPoint Ventures, Healthier Capital, Intermountain Ventures, New Enterprise Associates, SignalFire, Town Hall Ventures, and Transformation Capital.

Harvey – $200.0M

San Francisco-based Harvey provides AI software for legal research, document review, and contract analysis. Founded by Gabe Pereyra and Winston Weinberg in 2022, Harvey has now raised a total of $1.2B in total equity funding and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, Conviction, Elad Gil, Evantic Capital, GIC, Kleiner Perkins, and Sequoia Capital.

Worth AI – $30.0M

Orlando-based Worth AI provides risk assessment and onboarding software for financial institutions and SMBs. Founded by Jacques Fu, Sal Rehmetullah, and Suneera Madhani in 2023, Worth AI has now raised a total of $64.6M in total equity funding and is backed by Amex Ventures, Fulcrum Equity Partners, and TTV Capital.

OpenAI – $10.0B

San Francisco-based OpenAI develops artificial intelligence models and research. Founded by Andrej Karpathy, Durk Kingma, Elon Musk, Greg Brockman, Ilya Sutskever, John Schulman, Pamela Vagata, Sam Altman, Trevor Blackwell, Vicki Cheung, and Wojciech Zaremba in 2015, OpenAI has now raised a total of $178.6B in total equity funding and is backed by Altimeter Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, D. E. Shaw & Co., MGX, Microsoft, Thrive Capital, TPG, and T. Rowe Price.

Shield AI – $2.0B

San Diego-based Shield AI develops AI-powered autonomy systems for defense and aerospace. Founded by Andrew Reiter, Brandon Tseng, and Ryan Tseng in 2015, Shield AI has now raised a total of $3.0B in total equity funding and is backed by Advent International, Apandion, Blackstone Group, Disruptive, InnovationX, JP Morgan Chase, Riot Ventures, and Snowpoint Ventures.

Dash0 – $110.0M

New York-based Dash0 provides observability software for monitoring distributed systems. Founded by Benjamin Blackmore and Mirko Novakovic in 2023, Dash0 has now raised a total of $154.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Accel, Balderton Capital, Cherry Ventures, DIG Ventures, DTCP, July Fund, and T.Capital.

Doctronic – $40.0M

New York-based Doctronic provides an AI medical assistant for health information and care guidance. Founded by Adam Oskowitz and Matt Pavelle in 2024, Doctronic has now raised a total of $65.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Abstract, Lightspeed Venture Partners, MANTIS Venture Capital, Seven Stars, Tusk Venture Partners, and Union Square Ventures.

Deccan AI – $25.0M

San Francisco-based Deccan AI provides labeled data for AI model training and evaluation. Founded by Rukesh Reddy in 2024, Deccan AI has now raised a total of $25.0M in total equity funding and is backed by A91 Partners, Prosus Ventures, and Susquehanna International Group.

Glimpse – $35.0M

New York-based Glimpse provides software that helps online brands launch and manage retail showrooms. Founded by Akash Raju, Anuj Mehta, and Kushal Negi in 2020, Glimpse has now raised a total of $53.4M in total equity funding and is backed by 8VC, Andreessen Horowitz, and Y Combinator.

Doss – $55.0M

San Francisco-based Doss provides enterprise resource planning software for business operations and accounting. Founded by Arnav Mishra and Wiley Jones in 2022, Doss has now raised a total of $78.4M in total equity funding and is backed by 47Th Street Partners, Commerce Ventures, Contrary, General Catalyst, Greyhound Capital, Intuit Ventures, Madrona, Mintaka, Pathlight Ventures, Premji Invest, and Theory Ventures.

Highlight – $40.0M

Irvine-based Highlight provides AI productivity software that integrates across desktop applications and workflows. Founded by Pim de Witte in 2024, Highlight has now raised a total of $50.1M in total equity funding and is backed by 359 Capital, Arcadia Investment Partners, Collaborative Fund, Common Metal, General Catalyst, Khosla Ventures, Makers Fund, SV Angel, and Valor Equity Partners.
