New York’s startup ecosystem had another strong month in July 2026, with founders across finance, AI, travel, and healthcare pulling in significant capital from some of the world’s most sophisticated investors. From a DeFi risk platform securing nine figures to a food delivery giant raising more than half a billion, the range of sectors represented underscores just how broad and deep NYC’s tech ambitions have become. Here’s a look at the largest funding rounds NYC startups closed last month — including who’s backing them, who built them, and what they’re building next.

Pearl Health provides an integrated platform to help primary care providers focus their attention on the patients who need it.
