Stockholm-based Proxify teams up with P10Y to bring real data and fairness to tech hiring

Swedish firm Proxify is partnering with P10Y to integrate performance analytics developed by researchers from Stanford University into its service.

Stockholm-based Proxify, a network of vetted remote software, data, & AI professionals, announced a partnership with P10Y, a performance analytics company.

P10Y is a developer performance analytics company built on Stanford research.

Its mission is to provide teams with real-time, transparent insights into engineering impact without compromising ethical standards.

P10Y’s technology turns development activity into actionable performance signals, helping companies scale faster with data they can trust.

Together, they aim to change how organisations hire and assess technical talent.

“The IT Staffing industry has relied on blind trust for too long. This is a huge step towards an increased focus on business value,” says Viktor Jarnheimer, CEO at Proxify.

For the first time, companies can see how well their developers are performing using an AI model developed from Stanford University research, without needing to micromanage or use invasive monitoring tools.

Additionally, this partnership aims to put an end to the “black box” approach in the IT staffing industry, where companies are promised top tech talent but lack transparency about delivery and performance.

What does this partnership solve?

The staffing industry has struggled with transparency for too long. It relies on blind trust and pyramid structures where a few senior professionals are grouped with expensive junior talent, prioritising profits over real value.

With remote work becoming common, it’s even harder to know if the right people are making progress.

With this new partnership, Proxify helps reduce uncertainty for organisations.

The technology enables them to measure the performance of their talent network and various teams, creating a real-world data set for comparison.

It tracks important engineering signals rather than just time spent online or passive activities, assisting teams in staying aligned and informed.

“This is about consistently delivering value to earn trust, and not taking it for granted,” said Viktor Jarnheimer, CEO at Proxify.

With this partnership, clients gain transparency and accountability, allowing them to adjust team sizes based on facts rather than assumptions.

The company says the talent receives recognition for their actual contributions without facing outdated surveillance methods.

Additionally, the performance data helps with coaching and feedback while keeping workers’ privacy intact.

There are no tracking tools like screenshots or keystroke monitors, just clear insights based on real work.

“By making performance measurable in a fair way, we’re helping great engineers get the recognition they deserve, without sacrificing trust or autonomy,” says Catalina Istrate, VP of Developer Relations at Proxify.

Proxify: Vetted remote software, data, and AI professionals

Founded in 2018, Proxify is a global network of top-tier, vetted remote software, data, and AI professionals across 90+ countries.

Trusted by more than 2,500 companies, Proxify helps organisations rapidly scale engineering teams with world-class talent.

Powered by its own AI-driven platform, the platform connects top-tier remote tech talent with leading companies for long-term, meaningful work.

“This isn’t just a feature, it’s a new standard for our industry. We are raising the bar to meet the demands of today’s high-performing teams,” adds Anton Jarnheimer, Chief Product Officer at Proxify.

Psychology says the defining trait of people who always move forward in life isn’t how hard they push — it’s what they do in the hours and days after something breaks them, because the discipline that actually determines a life’s trajectory isn’t the kind that shows up in routines and goals, it’s the kind that surfaces when everything falls apart and nobody would blame you for stopping
