Stockholm-based Netigate, an experience management platform, has announced the acquisition of Rotterdam-based Mopinion, a provider of digital customer feedback software.

Founded by Udesh Jadnanansing, Mopinion is a feedback software for web, mobile apps and email campaigns.

The solution empowers organisations to uncover insights that help optimise the digital experience.

The Dutch company currently works with digital teams such as KLM, Ahold, Vodafone, Calvin Klein, Allianz, Scania, ENGIE and many more.

“By uniting Mopinion’s solutions with Netigate’s, we’ll capture richer signals, surface AI-driven insights, and accelerate outcomes,” says Udesh Jadnanansing, founder at Mopinion.

The acquisition

Netigate and Mopinion are working together to create a solution for managing customer experiences.

This partnership combines Netigate’s tools for analytics and surveys with Mopinion’s digital feedback tools.

As a result, organisations can collect feedback from different sources, such as websites, apps, post-purchase surveys, and employee initiatives, all in one secure platform.

AI will analyse the feedback to find trends and identify issues, while dashboards will display the insights clearly.

This solution aims to help companies focus on the most important improvements.

It is designed for medium and large businesses in various sectors, including retail, e-commerce, hospitality, finance, and energy, to help them achieve better results.

The acquisition combines Netigate’s experience management solution, used by companies like Spotify, Lufthansa, and DB Schenker, with Mopinion’s real-time digital feedback technology, used by businesses such as Air France-KLM, Vodafone, and Allianz.

Netigate: Experience management platform

Founded in 2005, Netigate is an experience management platform, enabling companies to collect, analyse, and act on customer and employee feedback through agentic AI.

The Swedish company help businesses to drive engagement, improve retention, and enable companies to take actions that drive business growth.

At present, the organisation has 1500+ customers globally. Netigate is over 100+ employees strong, with offices in Stockholm, Frankfurt and Helsinki.

Since 2022, the private equity fund GRO Capital has been the majority shareholder of the company.

“By joining forces with Mopinion, we are answering the clear demand for consolidation of capabilities in the European experience management market, to support customers even further,” says Maria Börjesson, CEO of Netigate. “Our customers are asking for one unified platform that brings together feedback from various sources, including digital feedback, employee experience, advanced analytics, and actionable insights. This acquisition delivers exactly that.”

Psychology says the defining trait of people who always move forward in life isn’t how hard they push — it’s what they do in the hours and days after something breaks them, because the discipline that actually determines a life’s trajectory isn’t the kind that shows up in routines and goals, it’s the kind that surfaces when everything falls apart and nobody would blame you for stopping
