Atmus Filtration Q4 2025 Earnings Beat Forecasts; FY2025 Sales Grow, ATMU Stock Outlook Strong

ATMU Stock Price Dips but Shows Recovery Trend

 

Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ATMU) stock price fell 1.8% intraday to $28.64. Next, it traded in a 52-week range of $18.21 to $32.90. Meanwhile, shares rose 24% over six months. This reflects strong industrial filtration demand. For example, no analyst changes hit on earnings day.

 

Q4 2025 Earnings: Revenue, Margins Expand

 

Atmus Filtration posted Q4 net sales of $447 million. This beat forecasts by 8.6%. Sales rose 9.8% from $407 million. Pricing drove 5%. Volumes added 4%. Currency helped 1%. Gross margin hit $127 million. Thus, it expanded to 28.5% from 26.3%. Pricing and volumes fueled it. Higher costs offset some gains. Adjusted EBITDA reached $85 million. The margin stayed at 19.1%. GAAP net income grew to $48 million, or $0.58 EPS. This topped $40 million, or $0.48. Adjusted EPS rose to $0.66 from $0.58. Cash flow improved. Operating cash hit $48 million. Adjusted free cash flow totaled $31 million.

 

FY2025 Results: Atmus Sales, EBITDA Climb

 

Full-year sales reached $1.764 billion. This grew 5.7% from $1.670 billion. Volumes and pricing led gains. Currency headwinds slowed it some. Gross margin rose to $498 million, or 28.2% from 27.7%. Adjusted EBITDA hit $354 million at 20.0% margin, up from 19.7%. Net income totaled $207 million, or $2.50 EPS. This beat $186 million, or $2.22. Adjusted EPS reached $2.73. Operating cash nearly doubled to $203 million. Free cash flow grew to $158 million.

 

Capital Returns: Atmus Buybacks, Dividends Rise

 

Atmus returned $78 million to shareholders in 2025. Share repurchases took $61 million. Dividends added $17 million. Thus, $69 million remained in buyback authorization at year-end.

 

Atmus 2026 Guidance: Revenue Growth 10-14% Projected

 

Atmus projects 2026 revenue at $1.945B–$2.015B. This signals 10-14% growth. Adjusted EBITDA margin eyes 19.5%–20.5%. Adjusted EPS targets $2.75–$3.00. Power Solutions forecasts $1.79B–$1.85B. Industrial Solutions sees $155M–$165M post-Koch Filter acquisition.
