UHY International adds Grewal Guyatt in Canada

UHY International has added Grewal Guyatt, an audit and advisory firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, to its global network.

The addition brings UHY’s total number of member firms in Canada to three, alongside UHY Forbes Anderson in Toronto and UHY Victor in Montreal.

Grewal Guyatt, established in 2015 with its headquarters in Richmond Hill, Toronto, consists of a team of 13 partners and a professional staff exceeding 100.

The firm’s clientele spans various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, construction, and technology.

It offers services, including but not limited to audit, accountancy, tax, corporate finance, valuations, and forensic accounting.

Grewal Guyatt will continue to operate independently and under its own name, with a phased approach to adopting UHY branding in its promotional materials.

This expansion has increased UHY International’s global coverage to 97 countries, with a workforce now numbering more than 10,000 across 320 office locations.
