The Best Prime Day Travel Deals 2025
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on LInkedIn

Amazon Prime Day (or shall we say, days plural) is back — and it’s longer than ever. For the first time, the summer shopping event spans four full days, from July 8 through July 11, giving Prime members 96 hours to score deals across millions of items, including travel.

From discounted flights and cruises to car rentals and tours, many travel companies are hopping aboard the Prime Day momentum. Some deals are exclusive to Prime members, but others are open to all.

This year, Amazon is introducing new daily offers called “Today’s Big Deals,” which will appear as often as every five minutes during peak times. We’ll update this guide as those drop.

Here are the top Prime Day 2025 travel deals we’ve spotted so far:

Prime Day gas savings over Fourth of July weekend

Prime members can get $1 off per gallon on one fuel purchase up to 35 gallons between July 3–6 at BP, Amoco, or participating Ampm locations. Visit amazon.com/fuelsavings to connect your accounts or to learn more. Terms apply.

Carnival Cruise Line has partnered with Amazon to offer cruises from just $80 per person per day. Book through Amazon’s Prime Day travel deals page.

Royal Caribbean’s deals might net out to an even cheaper per night rate than Carnival’s Prime Day offer. For example, if you are itching to see Europe in 2025, a family of four (two adults and two kids) in an interior room with no extras could sail for five nights out of England for just $1,415. That’s about $70 per person per night.

Early Prime Day deals on travel gear

You don’t need to wait until July 8 to start stacking savings. Here’s what’s available right now for Prime members:

Travel gear and gadgets on sale early

Built-in TSA locks mean fewer panic sweats at security. Plus, four spinner wheels make it easy to navigate crowded airports or cities, even if your bag is heavy.

Bought too many souvenirs? This monster 150L duffle bag could save you. Since it folds flat, you can sneak it in your suitcase just in case you return with more stuff than you brought.

Baggage, Suitcase, First Aid

With this single set, you get three bags. The sale version is in a loud purple color, but that’s the benefit, as it’s easy to spot on the luggage carousel.

This carry-on spinner is light, sleek and compact — great for dodging baggage fees on short trips.

Bag, Backpack, Accessories

Sassy meets functional in this backpack, which has a trolley sleeve so it slides over your rolling suitcase handle.

These certainly aren’t the high-end binoculars that serious birders or whale watchers might want, but they are a good start if you simply want to spot dolphins from your cruise balcony or have something to bring to a concert where you got the cheap seats (and want some low-cost binoculars that you wouldn’t mind losing).

Electronics, Hardware, Adapter

Hotels these days are better about having USB wall ports for all your electronics, but not all of them do. This station makes it so you can avoid playing “who gets the charger next?” on a group trip without enough charging ports.

Box, Food, Fruit

Pack compact, high-protein snacks to avoid traveling hangry. This 11-piece box includes a mix of beef sticks and chicken tender bites in multiple flavors.

Best credit cards for Prime Day travel deals

Best for shopping on Amazon

If you are an Amazon Prime member, you’re eligible to apply for the Prime Visa, which has a $0 annual fee. Though, Amazon Prime membership typically costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year.

This Chase-issued card is particularly great for shopping not just on Amazon, but also Whole Foods. It also earns decent rewards in other spending categories. Here’s how much you’ll earn on the Prime Visa:

5% back at Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market.

2% back at restaurants, gas stations and local transit, including rideshare.

1% back on all other purchases.

Cardholders of the Prime Visa can also earn 10% back in rewards on select products through “Prime Card Bonus” offers. Eligible products include electronics, apparel and more.

🤓Nerdy Tip

Just in time for Prime Day 2025, there’s a limited-time offer where Amazon Prime members who apply and are approved for the Prime Visa will instantly get a $200 Amazon gift card.

Best for booking other travel

Since many deals on actual travel items are processed directly through the travel provider — not Amazon — you’re often better off using a travel credit card that earns bonus points on travel purchases (booked outside of the issuer’s travel portal).
