The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 11/1/25 featuring funding details for TestSprite, Mercor, Lyzr, and twenty other deals representing $1.3B in new funding that you need to know about.

Washington-based Sublime Security develops an email security platform to write and run custom detection and response rules to block phishing attacks. Honey Health – $7.8M

Menlo Park-based Honey Health provides AI agents that automate back-office tasks in healthcare, streamlining processes such as faxes, refills, and referrals. Founded by Matt Faustman and Zhang Xiao in 2024″>Honey Health has now raised a total of $7.8M in total equity funding and is backed by 8-Bit Capital, Burst Capital, Pelion Venture Partners, and Streamlined Ventures.

Sweatpals – $12.0M

Austin-based Sweatpals is a fitness experience marketplace and is pioneering what it coined as the ‘Daylife’ movement. Founded by Mandi Zhou and Salar Shahini in 2022″>Sweatpals has now raised a total of $16.0M in total equity funding and is backed by a16z speedrun, Antler, Deborah Liu, HartBeat Ventures, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Max Mullen, Patron, and Pear VC.

ConductorOne – $79.0M

Portland-based ConductorOne is an AI-native identity security platform that enables organizations to manage human, non-human, and AI identities. Founded by Alexander Bovee and Paul Querna in 2020″>ConductorOne has now raised a total of $111.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Accel, CrowdStrike Falcon Fund, Felicis, Greycroft, Operator Collective, and Oregon Venture Fund.

Lyzr – $8.0M

Jersey City-based Lyzr is an enterprise software company that offers AI porwered agent framework to build multi-agent workflows. Founded by Siva S in 2023″>Lyzr has now raised a total of $10.9M in total equity funding and is backed by Accenture Ventures, Arka Venture Labs, Benhamou Global Ventures, Firstsource, GFT Ventures, Partnership Fund for New York City, Plug & Play, and Rocketship.vc.

San Francisco-based Agtonomy is a software and services company specializing in automation and physical AI for agriculture and land management. Founded by Tim Bucher and Valerie Syme in 2021″>Agtonomy has now raised a total of $73.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Allison Transmission Holdings, Autotech Ventures, Black Forest Ventures, DBL Partners, Nuveen, and Rethink Food.

Harvey – $150.0M

San Francisco-based Harvey provides AI-driven tools to assist legal professionals with research, document review, and contract analysis. Founded by Gabe Pereyra and Winston Weinberg in 2022″>Harvey has now raised a total of $1.0B in total equity funding and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz.

Wild Moose – $7.0M

San Francisco-based Wild Moose provides conversational AI to help on-call developers tame production. San Francisco-based SalesPatriot serves as an advanced back-office operating system tailored for companies within the defense sector. Ridepanda – $12.6M

San Francisco-based Ridepanda is an online e-ride shop that offers electric vehicles with maintenance support and theft protection. Fireworks AI – $230.0M

Redwood City-based Fireworks AI is an advanced platform that enables users to build, tune, and scale AI applications using open-source models Founded by Dmytro Ivchenko and Lin Qiao in 2022″>Fireworks AI has now raised a total of $307.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Evantic Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Sequoia Capital.

Formic Technologies – $470K

Chicago-based Formic aims to increase the collective output of humanity by making automation deployments trivial and easy. Founded by Misa Ilkhechi and Saman Farid in 2020″>Formic Technologies has now raised a total of $59.9M in total equity funding and is backed by Gaingels.

Frontline Wildfire Defense – $48.0M

Jackson-based Frontline protects homes and businesses from wildfires using tracking software, satellite connectivity, and onsite sprinkler systems. Founded by Harry Statter in 2015″>Frontline Wildfire Defense has now raised a total of $54.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Norwest.

Syllo – $30.0M

Brooklyn-based Syllo is a legal technology platform Founded by Jeffrey Chivers and Theodore Rostow in 2019″>Syllo has now raised a total of $39.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Two Seas Capital and Venrock.
