If you’re exploring ways to earn extra cash online, Branded Surveys might be on your radar. This platform allows users to complete surveys in exchange for points that can be converted into cash.

Here’s a detailed look at how it works, my earnings from testing the platform, and tips to maximize your rewards.

Getting Started with Branded Surveys

Signing up for Branded Surveys is quick and easy. You’ll need to provide your email and password, or you can sign up using your Facebook or Google account.

Note: Only residents of the United States aged 17 or older are eligible to participate.

My Earnings: Testing Branded Surveys for 5 Hours

I tested Branded Surveys by completing surveys over five hours. Here’s a breakdown of my hourly earnings:

1st Hour: $1.94

2nd Hour: $1.57

3rd Hour: $3.29

4th Hour: $2.25

5th Hour: $1.66

Total: $12.54

While these amounts may not replace a full-time income, they provide a small boost if you’re looking for extra spending money.

Cashing Out: Payment Methods and Verification

Branded Surveys offers several payout methods, including:

Bank transfers

PayPal

Gift cards (100+ options, such as Walmart, Southwest Airlines, and Burger King)

I chose PayPal and received my $12.54 instantly. For security, Branded Surveys requires identity verification, including email confirmation, a photo ID upload, and a selfie. I also verified my PayPal account for an added layer of security.

Tips to Maximize Earnings on Branded Surveys

To help you get the most out of Branded Surveys, here are five tips:

Earn Branded Elite Status: Complete surveys consistently to earn badges (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Higher levels come with weekly bonuses of up to 19%.

Aim for Silver or Gold: Reaching Silver or Gold status means instant payouts and other perks.

Refer Friends: When a referred friend reaches Silver, you earn 50 points.

Select High-Paying Surveys: Opt for shorter, higher-paying surveys. For example, a 7-minute survey at 93 points over a 13-minute survey at 63 points maximizes efficiency.

Explore Additional Opportunities: Check out premium surveys and the “Survey Circuit” for extra points.

Pros and Cons of Branded Surveys

Here’s a rundown of the advantages and limitations I encountered:

Pros

Survey Qualification: I qualified for many surveys, which helped me reach payout within five hours.

Flexible Payout Options: I could cash out via PayPal, allowing for immediate use of funds.

Low Minimum Payout: Cash out with just 500 points ($5).

More Opportunities: Higher qualification rates mean more earning chances compared to platforms like PrizeRebel or Swagbucks.

Leaderboard Feature: Earn bonus points for completing the most surveys in a day, week, or month.

Cons

Limited Referral Points: Unlike MyPoints, which rewards you as long as referrals participate, Branded Surveys only offers a one-time 50-point reward when referrals reach Silver.

Survey-Only Earnings: Unlike platforms like InboxDollars, Branded Surveys only offers survey-based earnings, limiting diversification in earning methods.

Final Thoughts

Branded Surveys can be a solid choice if you’re looking to make some spare change in your free time. However, remember that most surveys on Branded (and similar platforms) pay less than $5 per survey or hour. Keep realistic expectations, and enjoy earning a bit extra for treats like coffee or a lunch outing.
