Other Ways to Shop and Pay at Kroger
Pickup (Formerly Clicklist)
Pickup is like shopping online. You can easily buy the things you want on the internet and choose a store to get your order. There will be helpful staff ready to bring out your items and put them in your car. To start a pickup order, you can begin the process by clicking this link.
Once you’ve filled your cart, proceed to the checkout. Here, you’ll enter your payment details. Please note that Kroger only accepts credit, debit, and gift cards at this time, and cash or checks cannot be used. It’s worth mentioning that government benefits such as SNAP EBT are now accepted at all pickup locations except Marianos.
During checkout, you will see an estimated total. Keep in mind that this estimated total will be temporarily held by your bank or financial institution for 3 to 7 business days. The final price may vary due to factors such as the use of coupons, product substitutions, applicable taxes, or items sold by weight.
When coming to pick up your order, be sure to bring the same payment method you used online. It’s also a good idea to have a backup credit or debit card on hand. If your order includes alcohol, don’t forget to bring a government-issued ID for verification purposes.
Delivery
Delivery is a service they offer for online shopping. You can buy what you need on the internet and have it brought to your door on the same day. If you like to plan, you can also select a time for the next day or a later date.
Here’s how it works: you make your order online, and someone else will do the shopping for you. Once your order is all set, they’ll let you know it’s on its way. A delivery driver will bring your groceries and leave them at your door. To begin a delivery order, you can get started at this link.
Go to the checkout from your cart, where you can input your payment details. Currently, Kroger can only process credit cards, debit cards, and SNAP benefits; it does not accept cash, checks, gift cards, or WIC payments. When checking out, you’ll see an estimated total. This estimated amount will be temporarily reserved by your bank or financial institution, typically for 3 to 7 business days.
Keep in mind that the final cost may differ due to factors such as coupon discounts, product substitutions, applicable taxes, or items sold by weight. If your order includes alcohol, please be prepared to present a government-issued ID for verification purposes.
