Matador Technologies (MATAF) on Tuesday said it has appointed co-founder Donato Sferra as chief executive officer.
Sferra will replace Deven Soni, who will become executive chairman.
The Canada-based company said the leadership transition will not change its Bitcoin treasury strategy.
Sferra, a board member since the company’s founding, will oversee strategy, operations, and capital markets execution, while Soni will focus on corporate strategy and investor relations in his new role.
