Go Fashion: US VC firm Sequoia Capital sells 3.7% stake in Go Fashion for Rs 228 cr

American enterprise capital agency Sequoia Capital has offered 3.7% stake in attire firm Go Trend by way of the open market on Monday for Rs 228 crore.

By means of its affiliate Sequoia Capital India Investments IV, the enterprise capital agency offered 20,00,000 shares as a part of a bulk deal at Rs 1,140.14 a chunk, knowledge on the Nationwide Inventory Trade confirmed.

Sequoia Capital is the only largest public shareholder in

holding 13.88% stake as on September 30.

The massive sale by the investor exerted strain on the inventory. It ended 5% down at Rs 1,136.60. Sequoia offered the stake at a 4.7% low cost to Friday’s closing worth of Rs 1,196.80.

Shares of Go Trend have given constructive returns to buyers in 2022, because it has web gained greater than 6%.

In a separate deal, Canara Robeco Mutual Fund purchased 0.6% stake within the firm for over Rs 36 crore.

Canara Robeco would be the fifth home mutual fund holding stake within the firm.
, Kotak Mutual, Mutual Fund, and Axis Mutual Fund are the opposite home institutional buyers that cumulatively held about 18% stake within the attire firm.
