The bank has fixed May 16 (Saturday) as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend. As the record date falls on a weekend when markets are closed, May 15 will be the effective record date. The dividend payment is scheduled to be made on June 4, 2026, the bank said in a regulatory filing on Friday.
