Alternative asset manager Blackstone (NYSE:BX) announced on Tuesday a majority growth investment in the network automation and AI platform NetBrain Technologies, valuing the latter at $750M.
Shares were +0.71% pre-market to $167.88.
The financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
The investment is intended to enable NetBrain to accelerate innovation, expand its global footprint, and scale its AI-powered platform to meet the rising demand for intelligent network automation solutions.
