The company said AGMB-447 is an investigational inhaled, lung-restricted small molecule inhibitor of ALK5 currently in a Phase 1b study for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, with the patent providing protection in the U.S. through at least 2041, excluding potential extensions.
