Smart intake just got smarter! With AI Document Request Lists, you can now create unique requests for clients one by one or in bulk. Use a prompt, template, or file to guide the AI in creating the list.
Clients will be able to upload multiple files and have the AI match their uploads to the specific requested item on the list and mark it as “received.”
Pair this with our award-winning client portal and our automated client reminders, and you’ve got yourself a smart, automated solution for tax intake.
Why It Matters
Everyone’s taxes are different. Which means you need to collect different combinations of files for every client. At the risk of stating the obvious, this means hours of manual effort saved building these requests, sending them, and chasing clients for the information.

This feature is in open beta and can be found in the Experimental Features menu within Settings.
