CVS Photo Deals FAQs

What size photos does CVS offer?

CVS offers many different sized photos, but this deal is only valid for 4″x6″ photos.

Can you use CVS coupons on photos?

Yes, you may use coupons on photos, but you can not use CVS ExtraBucks Rewards on photos.

Is CVS or Walgreens better for photos?

This may depend on which store is closer to you, but some say that Walgreens is better for quick prints, but CVS is a better choice for larger prints. Walgreens uses inkjet printing, while CVS uses dye sublimation printing. Both methods produce high-quality prints, but dye sublimation is generally considered better.

Are CVS photos good quality?

Yes… although it depends on the resolution of the image you upload. The CVS upload tools will alert you if your image resolution isn’t high enough to print at whatever size you are printing, so as long as you don’t see the low resolution alert, your images should print clearly.

How long do CVS photos usually take?

This depends on the type of photo you’re ordering and how busy that store location is. They do offer a 1-hour pickup on select sizes and same-day pick up on most orders. However, photo books and developed film pictures will take 7-10 days.

Can I print photos at CVS from my phone?

Yes! You can print photos at CVS directly from your phone using the CVS app, the Minute Photo app, or the Google Photos app.
