Second-hand apartments sold Jerusalem and environs Beit Shemesh: A 62 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Ha’ma’apilim Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.58 million. A 71 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment on Birhat Avraham Street in the Bayit U’Mnucha neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.5 million. A 115 square meter, four-room, ground floor apartment on Keren Hayesod Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.15 million.

Tel Aviv and central region Tel Aviv: A 63 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Chitly Street in south Jaffa was sold for NIS 2 million (RE/MAX – Advantage).

Rishon Lezion: A 86 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Haklarnit Street in Neot Ashalim was sold for NIS 2.59 million. A 104 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Saadia and Yosef Bashari Street in the Abramovich was sold for NIS 3.05 million. A 109 square meter, four-room, eighth floor apartment on Hakormim Street in Kryat Hakramim in West Rishon Lezion was sold for NIS 2.87 million.

Ness Ziona: A 100 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment with two parking spaces on Haim Teffer Street was sold for NIS 3.25 million. A 47 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Habanim Street was sold for NIS 1.76 million. A 91 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment on Hahistadrut Street was sold for NIS 2.72 million.

Haifa and the north Nahariya: A 86 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Haga’aton Street was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 116 square meter, five-room, 20th floor apartment on Keren Hayesod Street was sold for NIS 2.5 million. A 115 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Hazamir street was sold for NIS 1.47 million. A 80 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Hazamir Street was sold for NIS 1.31 million.

Beersheva and the south Ashkelon: A 139 square meter, five-room, 10th floor apartment with parking on Balfour Street in the Barnea neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 116 square meter, four-room, ninth floor apartment with parking on Har Canaan Street in the Neot Barnea neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.97 million. A 80 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Bialik Street in the Ramat Ben Gurion neighborhood was sold for NIS 1 million. A 151 square meter, four-room, eighth floor apartment on Yitzhak Rabin Street was sold for NIS 2.2 million.
