Grizzly Discoveries (TSXV:GZD:CA) announced a private placement offering for gross proceeds of $1M for a 30-day extension to the previously announced one on September 11, 2025.
The placement includes up to 8.33M units and up to 25M of a combination of units and FT units at a price of $0.03 per unit.
Each unit shall consist of one common share of the company and one purchase warrant.
The company aims to use the proceeds for mineral property exploration, mineral rights and exploration permits, working capital, and other corporate expenses.
