The Weekly Notable Startup Funding Report takes us on a trip across various ecosystems in the US, highlighting some of the notable funding activity in the various markets that we track. The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 5/10/25 featuring funding details for Recraft, Fastino, CNaught, and thirteen other deals representing $1.6B in new funding that you need to know about.

Agree.com – $7.2M

San Francisco-based Agree.com is an agreement platform that unifies e-signature, invoicing, and secure payment processing into one seamless workflow. Founded by Evan Dudla, Martin Ringlein, and Will Hubbard in 2024, Agree.com has now raised a total of $10.2M in total equity funding and is backed by 8-Bit Capital, Better Tomorrow Ventures, Blank Ventures, Everywhere Ventures, FirsthandVC, Gokul Rajaram, Hustle Fund, Singh Capital Partners, Trust Fund, and Tyler Hogge.

Alta Resource Technologies – $4.4M

Boulder-based Alta Resource Technologies provides innovative solutions for efficient mineral separation and sourcing. Founded by Nathan Ratledge in 2022, Alta Resource Technologies has now raised a total of $14.0M in total equity funding and is backed by DCVC, IQT, Orion Resource Partners, and Voyager Ventures.

Anysphere – $900.0M

San Francisco-based Anysphere is an applied research lab focused on automating coding through innovative AI solutions. Founded by Aman Sanger, Arvid Lunnemark, Michael Truell, and Sualeh Asif in 2022, Anysphere has now raised a total of $1.1B in total equity funding and is backed by Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, and Thrive Capital.

Carta Healthcare – $18.3M

San Francisco-based Carta Healthcare empowers hospitals to personalize the delivery of care to the individual needs of each patient. Founded by Anna Chukaeva and Matt Hollingsworth in 2017, Carta Healthcare has now raised a total of $60.6M in total equity funding and is backed by Frist Cressey Ventures, Mass General Brigham Ventures, Memorial Hermann Health System, MemorialCare Innovation Fund, Paramark Ventures, Rex Health Ventures, Storm Ventures, Tampa General Hospital, The CU Healthcare Innovation Fund, and UPMC Enterprises.

Founded by Day Edwards and Emmanuel Brown in 2019, Church Space has now raised a total of $1.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Black Operator Ventures, Dug Song, and Michigan Rise.

CNaught – $4.5M

San Francisco-based CNaught is an online platform that helps companies to purchase a diversified portfolio of carbon credits. Founded by Dan Kokotov, Jason Chen, Mark Chen, and Steve Siger in 2022, CNaught has now raised a total of $6.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Bow Capital, FJ Labs, Karman Ventures, Marketplace Capital, and Silence VC.

CodeAnt AI – $2.0M

San Francisco-based CodeAnt AI is a devtool that helps businesses in identifying and automatically resolving code bugs and security vulnerabilities. Founded by Amartya Jha and Chinmay Bharti in 2023, CodeAnt AI has now raised a total of $2.6M in total equity funding and is backed by Accomplice, DeVC, Entrepreneurs First, Transpose Platform, Uncorrelated Ventures, VitalStage Ventures, and Y Combinator.

Fastino – $17.5M

Palo Alto-based Fastino enable developers everywhere to do more with AI. Founded by Ash Lewis and George Maloney in 2024, Fastino has now raised a total of $24.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Dropbox Ventures, Insight Partners, Khosla Ventures, Lukas Biewald, Scott Johnston, Shawn Lewis, and Valor Equity Partners.

FoodHealth – $7.5M

Denver-based FoodHealth is a nutrition intelligence company Founded by Chris Fanucchi and Samantha Citro Alexander in 2020, FoodHealth has now raised a total of $23.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Antler, Mudita Venture Partners, Reach Capital, Refinery Ventures, Rethink Food, Supply Change Capital, and Ulu Ventures.

Kind Designs – $5.0M

Miami Beach-based Kind Designs creates 3D-printed seawalls and tiles that protect coastlines, restore marine life, and support sustainable infrastructure. Founded by Anya Freeman and James Layfield in 2022, Kind Designs has now raised a total of $10.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Mark Cuban and Overlay Capital.

Recraft – $30.0M

San Francisco-based Recraft is a generative AI design platform that enables designers to create and edit vector art, illustrations, icons, and 3D graphics. Founded by Anna Veronika Dorogush in 2022, Recraft has now raised a total of $42.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Accel, Elad Gil, Khosla Ventures, Madrona, Nat Friedman, and RTP Global.

Rippling – $450.0M

San Francisco-based Rippling is a workforce management platform that unifies HR, IT, and finance operations into a single system. Founded by Parker Conrad and Prasanna Sankar in 2016, Rippling has now raised a total of $1.8B in total equity funding and is backed by Baillie Gifford, Elad Gil, GIC, GS Growth, Sands Capital Ventures, and Y Combinator.

Founded by Vijaye Raji in 2021, Statsig has now raised a total of $153.4M in total equity funding and is backed by ICONIQ Growth, Madrona, and Sequoia Capital.

Trailhead Biosystems – $20.0M

Beachwood-based Trailhead Biosystems is a biotechnology company that develops human iPSC-derived cells for drug discovery and cell therapies. Founded by Jan Jensen in 2015, Trailhead Biosystems has now raised a total of $41.6M in total equity funding and is backed by MAK Capital.

Wisdom AI – $23.0M

San Mateo-based WisdomAI offers enterprise analytics using AI to answer questions from structured and unstructured data without hallucinating. Founded by Guilherme Menezes, Kapil Chhabra, Sharvanath Pathak, and Soham Mazumdar in 2023, Wisdom AI has now raised a total of $23.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Coatue, GTM Capital, Latitude Capital, Madrona, Menlo Ventures, and U First Capital.
