The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 12/15/25 featuring funding details for Cleric, Ritten, Fal, and twenty-five other deals representing $2.53B in new funding that you need to know about.

Scowtt – $12.0M

Kirkland-based Scowtt is an AI-powered advertising optimization platform that convert leads into customers by leveraging underutilized CRM and web data. Founded by Eduardo Indacochea in 2022, Scowtt has now raised a total of $12.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Angeles Investors, Angeles Ventures, Inspired Capital Partners, and LiveRamp.

Boom Supersonic – $300.0M

Centennial-based Boom Supersonic is a commercial airplane manufacturer that builds supersonic airliners designed for speed, safety, and sustainability. Founded by Blake Scholl, Joe Wilding, and Joshua Krall in 2014, Boom Supersonic has now raised a total of $647.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Altimeter Capital, ARK Investment Management, Bessemer Venture Partners, Darsana Capital Partners, Robinhood Ventures, and Y Combinator.

K2 Space – $250.0M

Torrance-based K2 Space develops high-power satellite platforms for orbital missions, using vertically integrated hardware and manufacturing processes. Founded by Karan Kunjur and Neel Kunjur in 2022, K2 Space has now raised a total of $425.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Alpine Space Ventures, Altimeter Capital, Hedosophia, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint, and T. Rowe Price.

Pryzm – $12.2M

Boston-based Pryzm helps win government contracts using AI search, strategic planning, and easy collaboration tools. Founded by David Istrati, Justin Deckert, Matt Hawkins, and Nick LaRovere in 2022, Pryzm has now raised a total of $14.3M in total equity funding and is backed by Amplify.LA, Andreessen Horowitz, Forum Ventures, and XYZ Venture Capital.

Medra AI – $52.0M

San Francisco-based Medra AI develops an autonomous scientific experimentation platform that combines robotics with artificial intelligence. Founded by Michelle Lee in 2021, Medra AI has now raised a total of $63.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Anthology Fund, Catalio Capital Management, Forward Deployed Venture Capital, Fusion Fund, Human Capital, Lux Capital, Menlo Ventures, Neo, NFDG Ventures, Palm Drive Capital, and Seven Seven Six.

Solve Intelligence – $40.0M

San Francisco-based Solve Intelligence is an artifical intelligence company that offers generative AI technology for writing patents. Founded by Angus Parsonson, Chris Parsonson, and Sanj Ahilan in 2023, Solve Intelligence has now raised a total of $55.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Kevin Johnson, Operator Collective, The Twenty Minute VC, Thomson Reuters Ventures, Visionaries Club, and Y Combinator.

Saviynt – $700.0M

El Segundo-based Saviynt offers an AI-based identity security platform that secures and governs all types of identities across digital ecosystems. Founded by Amit Saha, Atul Vij, and Sachin Nayyar in 2010, Saviynt has now raised a total of $870.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Carrick Capital Partners, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, Sixth Street Growth, and Ten Eleven Ventures.

Prime Security – $20.0M

New York-based Prime Security helps Product Security teams scale design-stage coverage without adding headcount by automating design reviews, surfacing missed risks, and delivering actionable mitigation guidance into developer workflows. Founded by Danny Hanga, Dimitry Shvartsman, Matan Markovics, and Michael Nov in 2023, Prime Security has now raised a total of $26.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Flybridge, Foundation Capital, Ofir Ehrlich, PayPal Ventures, and Scale Venture Partners.

San Francisco-based Fal is a generative media platform that helps developers create applications using AI models. Founded by Burkay Gur and Gorkem Yurtseven in 2021, Fal has now raised a total of $337.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Alkeon Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Kindred Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital Partners, Notable Capital, NVentures, Salesforce Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Shopify Ventures.

Phia – $30.0M

New York-based Phia is AI-powered shopping agent that provides a tool for online shoppers to compare prices and discover better deals. Founded by Phoebe Gates and Sophia Kianni in 2022, Phia has now raised a total of $39.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, and Notable Capital.

Safebooks AI – $15.0M

Wilmington-based Safebooks AI develops a platform for enterprises to automate the quality verification of financial data. Founded by Ahikam Kaufman, Boaz Avidan, and Guy Bar-Gil in 2023, Safebooks AI has now raised a total of $22.0M in total equity funding and is backed by 10D, Blue Moon, Cerca Partners, Magnolia Capital, Mensch Capital Partners, Moneta VC, and Propel.

Serval – $75.0M

San Francisco-based Serval provides an AI-native IT service management platform that automates routine tasks and streamlines help desk requests. Founded by Jake Stauch in 2024, Serval has now raised a total of $122.0M in total equity funding and is backed by General Catalyst, Meritech Capital Partners, Redpoint, and Sequoia Capital.

Kilo Code – $8.0M

San Francisco-based Kilo Code provides an open-source AI-powered coding assistant that supports code generation, debugging, and documentation. Founded by Scott Breitenother and Sytse Sijbrandij in 2025, Kilo Code has now raised a total of $8.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Breakers, Cota Capital, General Catalyst, Quiet Capital, and Tokyo Black.

Cleric – $5.5M

San Francisco-based Cleric is an AI teammate that frees software engineers up from on-call support. Founded by Dan Siwiec, Shahram Anver, and Willem Pienaar in 2023, Cleric has now raised a total of $9.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Vertex Ventures US and Zetta Venture Partners.

Blue Current – $80.0M

Hayward-based Blue Current manufactures advanced solid-state batteries for electric vehicles, consumer electronics, medical, and IoT devices. Founded by Alexander Teran, Joseph M. DeSimone, Kevin Wujcik, and Nitash Balsara in 2014, Blue Current has now raised a total of $126.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Allen & Company, Amazon, Koch Disruptive Technologies, Piedmont Capital, and Rusheen Capital Management.

Crisp – $26.0M

Springdale-based Crisp ingests and delivers daily, actionable retail data from different sources, providing brands with visibility into inventory and sales. Founded by Are Traasdahl and Dag Liodden in 2016, Crisp has now raised a total of $124.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Blue Cloud Ventures, Cox Enterprises, DNX Ventures, FirstMark, Paine Schwartz Partners, Prologis, Socium Ventures, and Wellington Management.

Parallel Learning – $20.0M

New York-based Parallel is a provider of learning assessments and treatment solutions for students with learning and thinking differences. Founded by Diana Heldfond in 2020, Parallel Learning has now raised a total of $48.9M in total equity funding and is backed by Rethink Impact and Valspring Capital.

SuperCircle – $24.0M

New York-based SuperCircle develops a tech platform and reverse logistics system that powers circularity for retail brands. Founded by Chloe Marie Songer, Phong Nguyen, and Stuart Ahlum in 2018, SuperCircle has now raised a total of $31.0M in total equity funding and is backed by BBG Ventures, Elemental Impact, Foundry Group, and Renewal Funds.

AnySignal – $24.0M

Gardena-based AnySignal is an integrated sensing and communications products company. Fervo Energy – $462.0M

Houston-based Fervo Energy develops and operates clean energy technology to generate carbon-free energy from geothermal systems. West Jordan-based 401GO administers 401(k) plans for business of all sizes and helps them to run their business smoothly. Founded by Daniel Beck, Jared Porter, Josh Malan, and Nathan Beck in 2019, 401GO has now raised a total of $47.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Centana Growth Partners, Impression Ventures, NEXT Frontier Capital, and Rally Ventures.

Ritten – $35.0M

Philadelphia-based Ritten provides a software platform for behavioral health facilities. Founded by Gabriel Szczepanek and Noah Whitehead in 2020, Ritten has now raised a total of $52.5M in total equity funding and is backed by 8VC, Bienville Capital, Five Elms Capital, and Threshold.

Lin Health – $11.0M

Denver-based Lin is an online pain care plan that delivers integrative, personalized, science-based programs by experts who really care. Founded by Abigail Hirsch and Yehuda Kogan in 2021, Lin Health has now raised a total of $16.2M in total equity funding and is backed by aMoon Fund, Mayo Clinic Ventures, NewHealth Ventures, Osage Venture Partners, Proofpoint Capital, Saban Ventures, Shoni Health Ventures, and Viola Ventures.

Quilt – $20.0M

Redwood City-based Quilt provides a home climate system featuring ductless heat pumps, room controls, and smart-home software for heating and cooling. Vatn Systems – $60.0M

Portsmouth-based Vatn Systems designs underwater vehicles that support maritime operations through modular platforms and navigation technologies. Founded by Dan H., Freddie Mills, Geoff Manchester, and Nelson Mills in 2023, Vatn Systems has now raised a total of $73.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Airbus Ventures, Bravo Victor Venture Capital, Centre Street Partners, Cubit Capital, Dauntless Ventures., Decisive Point, DYNE Ventures., Geodesic Capital, Hanwha, Lockheed Martin Ventures, Propeller, SAIC Venture Capital, Trousdale Ventures, and Veteran Ventures Capital.
