Main Capital-backed Danish proptech firm announced its first add-on acquisition to expand its reach in the Nordic region. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval.

Vejle, Denmark-based Unik System Design, a provider of housing and property management software, announced the acquisition of Stockholm-based LEB System.
The acquisition will help Unik’s plan to expand in the Nordic property management software market.
It is Unik’s first additional acquisition since Main Capital Partners became the main investor in September 2023.
This merger aims to improve and expand Unik’s services, strengthening the Group’s position in the Nordics.

The partnership between Unik and LEB is expected to achieve revenues exceeding €25M in 2025 with a workforce of over 200 employees.
LEB System: Configurable modular platform
Led by Anders Wallgren, LEB System offers a configurable, modular platform for property and asset management, tailored to the needs of long-term real estate holders.
The Swedish platform includes integrated modules for rental administration, financial management, maintenance, tenant services, energy and analytics.
The Stockholm-based company currently serves a wide range of clients with a focus on the public sector and larger private property owners, as well as associations such as Stockholms stad and Malmö stad.

Unik System Design: Housing and property management
Unik System Design develops software for housing and property management, with about 200 employees and consultants in Vejle, Aalborg, Copenhagen and Warsaw.
