On July 2, 2025, intranet provider LumApps announced that it will merge with the Swiss-headquartered frontline employee app vendor Beekeeper. The new combined company is backed by the private equity group Bridgepoint, which had already acquired a majority stake in LumApps in 2024. The combined company has a valuation of over $1 billion. A more fully integrated platform is expected by the end of the year. The combined offering is envisioned as an “AI-powered employee hub — an all-in-one productivity and communication platform for frontline and desk-based employees.”
