QDRO Acquisition (QADR) on Thursday said it priced its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit, raising $200M.
The units are set to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “QADRU” on March 27, with the offering expected to close on March 30, subject to customary conditions.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
