Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) CEO Ed Bastian is optimistic about the summer travel season noting Saturday that “demand is quite healthy.” During a media call, Bastian said that demand is growing faster on international routes compared to domestic ones. In addition, demand is strong in premium cabins as well, Reuters reported. Bastian also addressed how Delta is handling woes being experienced by Boeing (BA) that is impacting aircraft deliveries.
