1847 Holdings (NYSE:EFSH) on Friday said it will implement a 1-for-15 reverse split of its common shares that will become effective on November 11, 2024. The reverse split will reduce the number of shares outstanding from about 11.4M to 0.76M shares. “We have decided to initiate a reverse stock split as a strategic measure to strengthen our market position and expand access to growth opportunities,” said Ellery W. Roberts, CEO of 1847. EFSH -7.16% after hours to $0.43.
