First you must meet the SSA’s financial requirement:

Second you must meet the medical requirements:
The Social Security Administration recognizes brain aneurysms as a disabling impairment under Section 11.04 of its Blue Book.To qualify you must show one of the following: persistent sensory or motor aphasia affecting communication for at least three months, significant movement interference in extremities leading to extreme limitations in mobility, or marked limitations in physical and mental functioning lasting three months.To support your claim, you will be required to provide comprehensive medical documentation, including a confirmed diagnosis of a brain aneurysm, relevant imaging studies, detailed medical provider notes, bloodwork, treatment histories, and reports from physical therapy.If you cannot meet the listing requirements you may still qualify if your functional limitations prevent you from doing any job.
